Not to make this about me but...
...Began as part of my own healing from narcissistic abuse. It's a space to think out loud, connect the dots, and share what I'm learning in real time. It is both personal and educational; and always focused on growing beyond what was done to us.
Some people listen as a way to reflect or learn more about their own experiences, some alongside therapy, and others as a first step before exploring somatic coaching, sounding board sessions, or the other resources I share here.
Wherever you are in your process, my hope is that it helps you feel seen, supported, and a little less alone.
