Work with Me
Ready to Stop Doing This Alone?

The Self-Belief Reset (5 sessions for £375)
This offering gives you five weeks of somatic coaching support, so you have time to practise the shift from self-abandonment to self-belief in real life.
Across five sessions, you will begin noticing your needs, trusting your feelings and sensations, understanding your patterns, and making choices with more intention; so you can shape your life around who you are, not what you've survived.

My Somatic Coaching Approach

I want you to have a clear sense of what this process feels like before you start. This video walks you through my approach to somatic coaching and what you can expect as we work together.
You might be new to somatic work. It can feel unfamiliar at first, and it often makes more sense once you are in it. My intention is to keep the process grounded, practical, and easy to engage with, especially for women navigating life during or after narcissistic abuse, coercive control, or otherwise damaging relationships.
Sessions are held online via video call, so you can settle into the work from wherever feels most comfortable for you.
What to Expect in a Somatic Coaching Session
This video gives you a clear sense of what a somatic coaching session looks and feels like in practice. Talking about feelings and physical sensations can feel natural for some people, and very uncomfortable or vulnerable for others.
If you are a woman affected by narcissism, coercive control, or otherwise damaging relationships; this work will help you. These practices work because they help you to focus on your inner self, and build a new relationship with who you find there - regardless of your current level of familiarity or comfortability opening up.

When I first started working with somatics, I felt wary too. I wasn't used to focusing on me, I was used to defending attacks, making myself small, erasing who I really was. I was wary because after years of abuse, doing something for me felt alien, and scary. It might feel that way for you too at first, and that's okay. Whatever you are feeling, it is likely I have been there. My role is to meet you where you are, and we will work based on what you need and want.
Need More Direction? Start with A Sounding Board Session
A Sounding Board session acts like an extension of the podcast. It's a space to reflect, vent, ask questions, and make sense of how you've been impacted by narcissistic abuse or coercive control.
The top questions I'm asked from fellow survivors are:
"Am I crazy?"
"It wasn't that bad, right?"
"What can I do to fix this relationship?"
You're not crazy, but you might need help seeing that - from someone with lived experience of abuse and recovery.
I'm here to support your journey, give names to the confusing and harmful dynamics you've experienced, and help you feel supported, seen, and hopeful about what comes next.
