Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Refunds Group coaching requires a minimum of five participants to run. This policy allows time to fill spaces if someone withdraws, as late cancellations may prevent the group from going ahead. Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before. 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before. No refund if cancelled within 48 hours or for non-attendance. If booking within 6 days of the session, contact Glimmer & Bloom first to confirm refund eligibility. If Glimmer & Bloom cancels or reschedules (e.g., illness or low enrolment), participants may choose a full refund or transfer to a future session. Group Coaching Policy continued: Session Details Glimmer & Bloom Somatic Coaching (Glimmer & Bloom) offers group coaching to support nervous-system regulation, body awareness, and emotional wellbeing in a collaborative, trauma-informed space. Sessions combine conversation, somatic exploration, and guided practice, encouraging participation at your own pace. Payment & Booking Payment is required in full at booking to secure a place. Spaces are limited, and bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Transfers Bookings are non-transferable, except where a replacement participant is approved in writing by Glimmer & Bloom. Group Conduct Sessions are intended to be safe, respectful, and supportive. Disruptive/disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Glimmer & Bloom may ask a participant to leave if their behaviour compromises the group’s wellbeing. No refund or compensation will be issued in such cases. If you’re unsure whether a group setting is right for you, contact Glimmer & Bloom before booking. Interruptions & Technical Issues If a session is disrupted due to circumstances beyond Glimmer & Bloom’s control (e.g., power or internet outage), it will be handled fairly at the business owner’s discretion. Depending on time lost, Glimmer & Bloom may reschedule, extend a future session, or offer a partial credit. If disruption occurs on the participant’s side, the session will be considered complete, as participants are responsible for ensuring their own connection and availability. Disclaimer & Liability Group coaching is therapeutic and supportive but not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical care. Participation is voluntary. Glimmer & Bloom provides services in good faith and accepts no liability for outcomes or actions arising from participation.
