Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Refunds Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before, or in the event of a no-show. If Glimmer & Bloom needs to cancel, the session will be rescheduled at no cost to the client. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late-cancelled sessions (under 24 hours) will be forfeited. If a session is disrupted due to circumstances beyond Glimmer & Bloom’s control (e.g., power or internet outage, emergency) and time is lost, the situation will be handled fairly and at the discretion of the business owner. Depending on how much time remains, Glimmer & Bloom may reschedule the appointment or extend a future session to make up for the time lost. If disruption occurs on the client’s side (e.g., connection loss or emergency), efforts will be made to continue via phone or Whatsapp. If this is not possible, the session will be considered complete, as clients are responsible for ensuring their own availability and stable connection. Policy Continued... Session Details A Sounding Board Session is a stand-alone appointment offering space for reflection, clarity, and support. Glimmer & Bloom Somatic Coaching (Glimmer & Bloom) provides listening, perspective, resources, and guidance drawn from professional experience and lived understanding of trauma, abuse, and recovery. Session Length Sessions last up to one hour. If a client feels complete before the full hour, the session may end early and will count as one completed session. The full hour’s availability is always provided. Payment & Booking Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Sessions are scheduled in advance and confirmed by email. Validity All sessions are valid only while Glimmer & Bloom is actively trading. If trading permanently ceases, any remaining bookings will no longer be valid, and refunds may be offered at the sole discretion of the business owner. Policy Updates This policy may be updated at any time. Updates apply only to future bookings and will not affect sessions already purchased under previous terms.
