Welcome to Glimmer & Bloom Somatic Coaching (“I”, “me”, “my”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using this website, booking a session, or purchasing any service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them alongside the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Accessibility Statement, Coaching Agreement, and all service-specific policies.

1. General Information

Glimmer & Bloom Somatic Coaching provides somatic coaching and supportive services focused on self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and personal growth. I do not provide therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or crisis services.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services or relevant crisis support line.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this site legally and respectfully. You may not:

  • misuse, damage, or interfere with the site

  • copy or distribute content without written permission

  • use content for commercial or misleading purposes

All website content—including text, images, branding, podcast materials, downloadable content, and future course content—is the intellectual property of Glimmer & Bloom and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission.

Links to external resources (such as books or tools) are provided for convenience only; you are responsible for evaluating their suitability.

3. Coaching Services & Client Responsibilities

By booking a service, you confirm that you have read and agree to:

  • the Coaching Agreement & Liability Waiver

  • all service-specific policies (Somatic Coaching, Sounding Board Sessions, Bundles, Workshops, and future courses)

  • the Refund Policy

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue coaching at any time if the working relationship becomes inappropriate, unsafe, unethical, or otherwise unsuitable. In cases of disrespectful, abusive, or boundary-crossing behaviour, I may terminate a session or coaching relationship without refund.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own wellbeing, attending sessions on time, and communicating honestly.

4. Sessions Conducted Internationally

I work with clients worldwide. By booking, you acknowledge that services are provided according to UK law and that your local laws may differ.

Time zones must be double-checked by clients when scheduling sessions.

5. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

All prices are listed in GBP and may be updated at any time.
Payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Refunds and cancellations are governed strictly by the Refund Policy for each service or package. Purchasing a service indicates your agreement to those terms.

6. No Guarantees

Coaching does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
Your progress depends on your own engagement, context, and personal process.

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or crisis intervention.

7. Communication Outside Sessions

Clients may email occasionally with brief questions or updates, but this is not considered an extension of coaching services. Any deeper exploration or guidance will be directed to the next session.

I do not provide messaging-based coaching, ongoing support between sessions, or emergency assistance.

If technical issues arise during a session, communication (phone/WhatsApp) may be used to restore the connection.

8. Courses, Workshops & Digital Products

Any future courses, digital materials, or group programs are subject to their own policies regarding:

  • usage

  • access

  • downloads

  • intellectual property

  • refunds

Clients may not copy, share, or distribute course materials without permission.

9. Podcast Disclaimer

The podcast and any related content (audio, video, written, or spoken) are for education and general information only. They do not constitute professional advice, therapy, or personalised guidance.

Nothing shared on the podcast should be used as a substitute for professional support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Glimmer & Bloom Somatic Coaching is not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching or website use.

  • All services are provided in good faith for personal development purposes.

  • You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions inside and outside sessions.

Nothing in this policy affects your consumer rights under UK law.

11. Rescheduling & Cancellations

All rescheduling, cancellation, and refund rules are detailed in the relevant service policies.
These terms apply to all clients unless otherwise agreed in writing by Glimmer & Bloom.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
Changes apply from the date of publication on this page.
