Somatic Coaching Session
Get out of the mind and into the body.
Service Description
Experience personalised somatic coaching tailored to your unique needs and goals. These sessions help you reconnect with your body and bring awareness to the ways your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations interact. Grounded, trauma-informed, and designed to help you move from understanding to embodied change.
*Please note all sessions take place online unless otherwise agreed. Walk and talk sessions are available for ongoing clients only, and based on client location. Please get in touch if this is of interest to you*
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before, or in the event of a no-show. If Glimmer & Bloom needs to cancel, the session will be rescheduled at no cost to the client.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice. Missed or late-cancelled sessions (under 24 hrs) will be forfeited. If a session is disrupted due to circumstances beyond Glimmer & Bloom’s control (e.g., power or internet outage, emergency) and time is lost, the situation will be handled fairly and at the discretion of the business owner. Depending on how much time remains, Glimmer & Bloom may reschedule the appointment or extend a future session to make up for the time lost. If disruption occurs on the client’s side (e.g., connection loss or emergency), efforts will be made to continue via phone or WhatsApp. If this is not possible, the session will be considered complete, as clients are responsible for ensuring their own availability and stable connection.

Glimmer & Bloom Somatic Coaching (Glimmer & Bloom) tailors each session to your needs and goals, integrating conversation, body awareness, and gentle exploration.
Session Length
Sessions last up to one hour. If a client feels complete before the full hour, the session may end early and will count as one completed session. The full hour’s availability is always provided.
Payment & Booking
Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Sessions are scheduled in advance and confirmed by email. Validity All sessions are valid only while Glimmer & Bloom is actively trading. If trading permanently ceases, any remaining bookings will no longer be valid, and refunds may be offered at the sole discretion of the business owner.

Glimmer & Bloom provides services in good faith and accepts no liability for any outcomes, actions, or decisions arising from or following participation in sessions.

Get help untangling your thoughts through grounded, trauma-informed conversation, and supportive advice and guidance. These sessions offer space to talk, reflect, and gain clarity with someone who has lived experience. Practical, supportive, and real.

A Sounding Board Session is a stand-alone appointment offering space for reflection, clarity, and support. Glimmer & Bloom Somatic Coaching (Glimmer & Bloom) provides listening, perspective, resources, and guidance drawn from professional experience and lived understanding of trauma, abuse, and recovery.
Session Length
Sessions last up to one hour. If a client feels complete before the full hour, the session may end early and will count as one completed session. The full hour’s availability is always provided.

Service Description
I hold pop up group coaching workshops to explore somatic practices in a supportive and collaborative environment. Please use the contact form or email address: hi.glimmerandbloom@gmail.com to express your interest if you'd like to take part in upcoming sessions and I will add you to the list. Please include your general availability with your form submission.
Cancellation Policy
Group coaching requires a minimum of five participants to run. This policy allows time to fill spaces if someone withdraws, as late cancellations may prevent the group from going ahead. Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before. 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before. No refund if cancelled within 48 hours or for non-attendance. If booking within 6 days of the session, contact Glimmer & Bloom first to confirm refund eligibility. If Glimmer & Bloom cancels or reschedules (e.g., illness or low enrolment), participants may choose a full refund or transfer to a future session.
Session Details
Glimmer & Bloom Somatic Coaching (Glimmer & Bloom) offers group coaching to support nervous-system regulation, body awareness, and emotional wellbeing in a collaborative, trauma-informed space. Sessions combine conversation, somatic exploration, and guided practice, encouraging participation at your own pace.
Payment & Booking
Payment is required in full at booking to secure a place. Spaces are limited, and bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
Transfers
Bookings are non-transferable, except where a replacement participant is approved in writing by Glimmer & Bloom.
Group Conduct
Sessions are intended to be safe, respectful, and supportive. Disruptive/disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Glimmer & Bloom may ask a participant to leave if their behaviour compromises the group’s wellbeing. No refund or compensation will be issued in such cases. If you’re unsure whether a group setting is right for you, contact Glimmer & Bloom before booking.
Interruptions & Technical Issues
If a session is disrupted due to circumstances beyond Glimmer & Bloom’s control (e.g., power or internet outage), it will be handled fairly at the business owner’s discretion. Depending on time lost, Glimmer & Bloom may reschedule, extend a future session, or offer a partial credit. If disruption occurs on the participant’s side, the session will be considered complete, as participants are responsible for ensuring their own connection and availability.

Session Details
The Bloom bundle includes five (5) somatic coaching sessions to support nervous system regulation, body awareness and emotional resilience. Glimmer & Bloom Somatic Coaching (Glimmer & Bloom) tailors each session to your needs, integrating conversation and somatic exploration.

Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the first session.
50% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours before.
No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before or once the first session has taken place. If Glimmer & Bloom needs to cancel, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.
